About Comics Refcard Generator

Comics Refcard generator is a web service to create comics collection list in a refcard fashion, thanks to a TeX template. It allows to:

import comics collection from a LaTeX list, from TeX file or from a CSV file
edit the comics database
export comics collection to a LaTeX list, to TeX file or to a CSV file
generate a refcard fashion list of the comics collection into a PDF file

On-line service

An on-line service is activated on my own web site.

Thanks to CA-Cert, this service is secured to insure full confidentiality of your comics collection. More over, only PDF generation needs to transfer data to the server but temporary files are automatically destroyed after PDF transmission.

CRG version 1.8

Requirements

To install Comics Refcard Generator, one needs a functional Apache configuration with a decent PHP module enable and also a working TeX distribution containing the pdftex command.

Install

To install, one only needs to

unpack the archive in an accessible directory,
create a directory /var/lib/crg to store database,
insure that the /var/lib/crg is writable for Apache user,
insure that the /tmp is writable for Apache user,
insure that pdftex is executable for Apache user,
by default, admin password is admin.
